Meet Amoani Thomas the first Presec, Adeiso student to get 8A’s

Amoani Thomas becomes the first Presbyterian Senior High School, Adeiso student to get 8A’s. The young brilliant student has set a precedence with such a historic mark after breaking the 2019 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) batch remarkable performance of 7A’s.

Young Amoani Thomas comes from Asuoba a suburb of Adeiso in the Eastern Region of Ghana. Amoani Thomas who is in his teens overcomed numerous obstacles that every Tom, Dick and Harry face in Presec, Adeiso which is beyond the capacity of school management to produce such a remarkable and historic performance.

Despite over twenty-five (25) years of Presec, Adeiso being in existence as a secondary School, it is first of it kind that such a fantastic performance has been recorded in the school’s academic history.

What makes Amoani Thomas performance outstanding is the fact that Presec, Adeiso is neither a category A or B school. Already the president of the Republic, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo has given him a scholarship in a addition to the various scholarships that has been presented to him.

Amoani’s performance indicate that if the needed infrastructure, monetary and academic needs is given to Presec, Adeiso many more brilliant students like Amoani Thomas can be produced by the school on a large scale.
