The Honorable Judge in his opinion called for a re-run of the 2012 elections.

  1. NDC and propaganda you can’t beat them. In 2012 petition evidence was presented in court. Where’s the evidence for this petition? 2012 court ruling actually shows that NPP won. All together 4 of of 5 or so claims were admitted by on a judge or the other. If you put all the ruling together it rather favored NPP. But it was given to NDC. Probably to save a political and democratic blunder or embarrassed. The weight of the conclusion was not strong for NDC. In this one NDC is performing badly because they have not brought any election documents to court to support their claim. It looks as if they’re only after the EC chair’s head. So they have reduced their case to going after Jean Mensa. It’s unlawful to allow that to happen. We’re not in their revolution days.
