The spokes person of the president of Ghana, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has said that the actions of some citizens against the vaccine will compel the government to impose sanctions on anyone who will refuse to take the Covid-19 vaccine jab.
He concluded that, the government believes that placing sanctions on people who will deliberately refuse to take the jab is the best way to keep everyone safe in the country.
According the Ghana Health Service, 200,000 people have already been vaccinated and about a million will be vaccinated by the end of march.
