Ghana’s De-facto Prime Minister as some people call him, Gabby Otchere-Darko has revealed that the same people he tried to help in the past are now trying to talk evil about him.

He stated stated in his recent write-up that some people have recently bad-mouth him which he has now learnt his lesson.Gabby is an influential member at the Office of president Akufo-Addo.

”My biggest crime, I believe, over these few years, is that I try to help those who bring their matters to me.

Apart from clients, the people I try to assist, and they know themselves, I do so not motivated by profit. We help because we may be in a position to do so and legitimately. That cannot be defined as “greed” or “graft”.


Sadly, this is a country where even those you try to help are sometimes the very people who will go out of their way to badmouth you. Lessons are…” Gabby Otchere-Darko told Ghanaontheglobe.com.

Gabby Otchere-Darko is the cousin of President Akufo-Addo, he practice law at his law firm called Africa Legal Associates as senior partner.

Gabby practiced journalism for a number of years and was an active voice against the National Democratic Congress (NDC) regime. He founded a public policy think tank called the Danquah Institute.

Presently, he is the majority shareholder (60%) and Editor-in-Chief of The Statesman newspaper. Gabby is a member of NPP one of the leading voices in the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
