GES rescheldules SHS3 re-opening date to 5th May

According to Ghanaontheglobe.com reports, the Ghana Education Service led by Prof Kwasi Opoku-Amankwa has changed the re-opening date for all Senior High Schools form three(3) students to 5th May.

Earlier on Ghana Education Service indicated to authorities of all Senior High Schools that form three students should re-open on 6th April but new directives indicate a change.

The management of the Ghana Education Service has considered a proposal from Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary Schools(CHASS) and has therefore revised the academic calendar as follows;



1. Re-opening for Form 3 students has been rescheduled for 5th May 2021. This applies to all Form 3 students (single track and double track schools).

2. Further details according to the directive by Ghana Education Service would be announced later. GES has also indicated that all other arrangements on the calendar remains unchanged.
