After “stealing’ the show and bringing the love back on stage, multiple award-winning rapper Sarkodie has done what we think deserves a massive commendation at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards(VGMA) 2021 edition.
Ghanaontheglobe.com checks indicate that the rapper performed for free at the 2021 edition of VGMA in honor of his late friend Castro De Destroyer.
The performance which lasted for two minutes saw Sarkodie pay his respect to Castro by performing their 2014 banger ” Adonai Remix” alongside Kurl Songx on Ghana’s music biggest night.

Many fans seems to be surprised as to why Sarkodie decided to perform only “Adonai Remix” and the answer is he came to pay his respect to Castro on the night after seven years since he drowned at Ada with Janet Bandu.
Our Close sources has revealed to us that Sarkodie gave such a short but a master-class two minutes performance just to honour Castro without any official charges.
Sarkodie bagged one award on the night for “Collaboration of the Year” with his “Happy Day” song featuring Kuami Eugene.
