The University of Ghana 2021 runoff Presidential Election that many people thought would have ended in a peaceful and amicable manner has turned out to be the opposite.
According to Ghanaontheglobe.com reports there is a serious clash on University of Ghana campus between Commonwealth, Sarbah and Gonja boys which has caused heavy tension on campus.
The University of Ghana Computing System has been blamed for this chaos after they have failed to declare the online results of the election which ended around 6pm leaving many supporters angry.
Already some people have been alleged to have sustained injury with properties also been destroyed . Police and National Security are trying to restore calm on campus.

The Presidential runoff is between Samuel Ofosu & Alfred Acquah against Prince Asumadu & Wisdom Ndukwe for University of Ghana SRC President.
Currently total manual voting has been counted with Prince Asumadu & Wisdom Ndukwe leading by 3756(52.47%) as against Samuel Ofosu & Alfred Acquah who got 3402(47.53%).
The Final outcome of the election will now rely on the online results which is yet to be announced.
