Former Asante Kotoko Player, Mark Adu Amofah has been enlisted in the United States Army.
According to Ghanaontheglobe.com reports, Adu Amofah who happens to be a Former Asante Kotoko player is flying the Flag of Ghana high even though it is not in the football circles but in the Army.
The United States Army is the land service branch of the United States Armed Forces. It is one of the eight U.S. uniformed services, and is designated as the Army of the United States in the U.S. Constitution.

Brief Biography of Mark Amofah
Mark Amofah is a Ghanaian Ex-fotballer, born in 7 July 1987.
Liberty Professionals F.C. bought Amofah from Fauzan F.C. in 2001 for an undisclosed fee. He spent the 2005 season on loan at Real Sportive.
He scored 11 goals in 15 appearances to become the third highest-scoring player that year. In 2005 he joined Asante Kotoko SC. He joined Bloemfontein Celtic in 2006 and was declared surplus to the club. He joined Danish Superligaen SønderjyskE in 2008 in a two-year contract.

In 2009 he joined Beitar Ramla. He returned to Ghana’s premier league in 2011 with his former club Liberty Professionals. In 2013 he left Ghana and played with Phatthalung F.C.. He played for Sitra Club in January 2014.
