Veteran Kumawood poster boy and gangster actor, Osei Tutu has revealed what has come as a shock to many Ghanaians and his fans who has followed his acting career.
The star actor has revealed that he was arrested in the United States of America for peddling in hard drugs like cocaine and weed.
In an interview sighted by Ghanaontheglobe.com, the actor told his fellow Kumawood actor, Kwaku Manu on Kwaku Manu TV that at the age of twelve his father secured a green card for him to stay in America and pursue his academic education there.
He revealed that due to the privilege that his father was wealthy and even had a good job and a house of his own in America he became so overwhelmed and abused the privilege.
Osei Tutu the actor indicated that he started stealing thousands of dollar from his dad to engage in weed business and later graduated to selling cocaine in America because of how profitable he found it to be as sighted by Ghanaontheglobe.com .
He added that after enjoying all the gangster lifestyle related to the business he was incarcerated and arrested after one of his supposed drug partner revealed their shoddy business to the security agency which ended him in jail for many years and was later deported to Ghana by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Sharing his life regret he emphasized how as a young boy from Tafo he failed to utilize the chance to pursue his academics in America and later Prempeh College where he spent just a year.
Osei Tutu joined the acting industry in the early 2000s after been deported for been a dangerous drug criminal thus when he decided to turn into a new leave after years of wasting countless opportunities offered by his dad.
The actor has a close connection with Ras Nene now known as Dr. Likee whom he featured in many gangster movies with.
Currently he is in Ghana and hopes to go back to America after turning over a new leave, Osei has finished studying at the Bible school and has the aim of been a man of God when the right time comes.
In the same interview Osei Tutu advised the youth of today to avoid certain bad behaviors that will hinder their blessings and make them loose certain life changing opportunities like he did.
