Ghana’s President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has stated that he can’t be held responsible for the general hardship in the country.
According to Ghanaontheglobe.com reports, the President has lamented how awful he feels when the current hardship is been attributed to him.
Even though the President has admitted that Ghanaians are suffering due to excessive hardship been experienced in all aspects of the economy but he thinks that he can’t be blamed.
President Akufo-Addo earlier on Saturday, 19th December, 2021 was at Juaben in the Ashanti Region to commission a Constituency party office.
During his message to party sympathizers around he stated,
“I admit that Ghanaians are going through difficult times, some people are trying to say that it is my fault but you know is not the case. I am hopeful that if you all support the vision of this government, we will be able to turn things around”
Many Ghanaians are pissed by this comment by the President after he gave juicy promises prior to assuming office in 2017.
Already the president has submitted an electronic levy to Parliament which has turned Parliament into a serious banter over opposing views from opposite parties.
