Beenie Man arrested in Ghana for performing at BhimConcert after testing positive for COVID-19

Energetic Jamaican reggae/dancehall superstar, Anthony Moses Davis, popularly known as Beenie Man has been arrested in Ghana by the Airport Police for violating Covid-19 protocols.

Information available to Ghanaontheglobe.com  reveal that Beenie Man tested positive for covid-19 upon his arrival at the Kotoka International Airport last week ahead of the BhimConcert at the Conference Centre.

The Jamaican artiste was asked to isolate but he managed to flout those directives and performed at the Bhimconcert with Stonebwoy and other artists.

He was detained by the Airport Police on Monday, December 27, 2021 when he attempted to board a flight back to Jamaica.

Beenieman is currently in Police custody assisting with investigations.

Beenie Man and Stonebwoy team are yet to release an official statement.
