Majority of University of Ghana students have failed to secure an accommodation through no fault of theirs after the online portal was opened.
Where did all the halls go? The Vice Chancellor of University of Ghana, Professor Nana Aba Appiah Amfo and the Acting UGSRC President Stephanie Naadu must do something.
Ghanaontheglobe.com took the herculean task to make inquiries by randomly calling students whether they got the residential halls but unfortunately to our shock, 90% of the students we called are sad because they couldn’t secure the traditional halls after the residential online portal went down before the time was due.
Within seconds all the halls became empty? how possible? are the students competing with robots? These questions must be answered immediately.

What is the Vice Chancellor doing about this? Where is the Ag. UGSRC President Stephanie Naadu also doing since she represent the student population.
The authorities of University of Ghana must make sure that any room been hoarded should be released to students.
If not the management of the University must account to the student population about how the rooms where allocated.
