The newly sworn in Asumadu-Ndukwe led University of Ghana students’ representative council(UGSRC) seems to be working sooner than expected.
Under the leadership of Prince Asumadu, the SRC will be providing free one week shuttle services to students on campus as part of efforts to reduce the anxiety students will be going through during the examination period.
According to Ghanaontheglobe.com report, as part of schedule to wrap-up the first semester academic calendar for the junior commons, examination has already begun on University of Ghana campus and most students are expected to be done by May 29, 2022.
Due to the far distance between examination centres and the various halls/hostels of students, most of them face challenge commuting to their various examination centers.
As part of efforts, Prince Asumadu and his SRC will be providing free shuttle services on University of Ghana campus starting from 15th May, 2022.
According to Ghanontheglobe.com interaction with some University of Ghana students, they see it to be a laudable initiative which will go a long way to hep reduce their stress during this examination period.
Hopefully students are hoping that such brilliant initiatives will continue to be made available to expedite their academic life.
